Read the Department's free rules and information booklets or click here for information and always check with the land management agencies prior to going on outdoor recreation trips. Those that check the rules before they go have a much better recreation experience and usually don't ever have to ask this question.  Call me before you go and I can assist you with your outdoor recreation questions..
