The diversity of the job. One day you’re checking fisherman and the next day you’re helping on the walleye spawn.

When is the Department going to get rid of the draw for deer?

Answer:

Not any time soon. The deer numbers have grown in GMU 31 and hunters are harvesting more mature bucks. If you want the draw to change you need to show up to a Game Commission meeting and make your voice heard.
